Our Story
Our journey to owning a Crematory began unexpectedly when we were inspired by our dear friend, Georgi Beebe, who opened "Breezy Nook Pet Crematory" in New York in 1997. Witnessing her compassion and the comfort she provided to grieving clients deeply inspired us. We aspired to offer solace to shattered hearts, assuring them that their beloved animals were in caring hands. In June 2017, we proudly opened our own Crematory, named "A Breezy Nook Pet Crematory."
From the start, our commitment has been to treat every animal with the utmost dignity they deserve, regardless of their circumstances. We hold each animal close to our hearts, even those without an owner. Our empathy extends to every pet owner who comes to us, and we do everything we can to provide them with solace and peace during this difficult time. Whether they need a listening ear or extra moments to say their goodbyes, we are here to support them.
Who We Are
At A Breezy Nook Pet Crematory, we are a family-driven business dedicated to providing compassionate and dignified services for cherished pets. Karl and I, happily married since 1975, have always held a special place in our hearts for animals.
Throughout our lives, I have remained devoted to rescuing animals and making a positive difference in their lives. Animals are not just a part of our world; they are our world. This passion led us to establish an 11-acre Sanctuary, specifically designed to provide a loving home for senior dogs and animals with special needs, offering them solace and care.
Loving Tributes for Pets
Many animals are referred to us by veterinarians, and although we may not communicate directly with the owners, we send sincere prayers and assure them that their cherished companions are in loving and capable hands. Each animal entrusted to us receives the utmost care and respect. We take pride in creating a lasting tribute to their memory, capturing their paw print on a painted copy of the Rainbow Bridge. I personally engage with each pet, speaking to them, offering gentle affection, and carefully selecting a keepsake of their hair for the owner.
Throughout our years of operation, Karl has faithfully upheld the tradition of offering three prayers when starting the cremation machine. This act reflects our deep reverence for the animals we serve and emphasizes the importance and sanctity of the cremation process.

We understand the horrible grief that all pet loving owners go through the day our furkids get their wings. We will do our best to help soothe your heart. You are welcome to visit our Sanctuary at anytime and do not have to wait until the day you need us.
